-Each Thursday there’s a new Harry Potter related question. Join in!

-Today’s Question – Best moment of pure SASS? –

-I love Harry’s sass that comes with reading the books. Really, it’s one of my favorite parts.
-One of my favorite lines didn’t exactly make it into the movie though. It was sorta there, but not fully.
-It’s in the first chapter of Order of the Phoenix. I seriously quote it some days too.

hp order listening.gif“”Why were you lurking under our window?”
“Yes — yes, good point Petunia! What were you doing under our window, boy?”
“Listening to the news,” said Harry in a resigned voice.
His Aunt and uncle exchanged looks of outrage.
“Listening to the news! Again?”
“Well, it changes every day, you see,” said Harry.”

THEN ON THE SAME PAGE!!

hp order.gif“”We’re not stupid, you know,” said Uncle Vernon.
“Well, that’s news to me,” said Harry …”

Sassy Harry is the best.
Be sure to let me know what your favorite Sass moment is!

  1. Omg so many Sassy Harry moments! I love Harry’s response to Rita Skeeter when she asks for a ‘word’ and Harry goes, “Yeah you can have a word,” said Harry savagely “Goodbye!”
Plus so many others, I lived for Sassy Harry!

  2. Sassy Harry is one of the best things about the books. I wish more of it had been in the films. In fact, I wish the films were either longer or there was more of them so that EVERYTHING COULD BE INCLUDED!
