-I talked about how I really didn’t like Losing It by Cora Carmack in my Least Favorite Books of 2016 post. So, I just wanted to share some of the 56% section from it this week, to kind of prove that it’s just not that great.
“”Damn, Bliss. Would you hurry it up already?”
With her words, came back my fear. Sure, he thought I was sexy now. But virgins were pretty much the least sexy things ever. Would he change his mind when he found out?”
“I’m incognito, sort of. And if anyone does, I’ll just say we ran into each other by chance. I’m a professor. I didn’t take a vow to have zero social life”
“Because I couldn’t stomach the thought of you dancing with anyone else in that skirt.”
But seriously, I really did not like this book. Even rereading a section for this post made me cringe with awkwardness.
Thanks for Reading!
